- The Harris County Rec Dept has established a Rain-Out phone number which will allow families to find out if games have been cancelled due to weather, or if the fields are unplayable. This number covers all Harris County Rec sports, so make sure you listen to the entire recording for updates on the Soccer Complex. To find out the status call: 706-610-0989.
